Book My Call

A homeowner comparing three companies gives each site a minute or two. They aren't reading — they're checking.

Here's what they check, roughly in order, and what fails.

1. Does this load before I give up?

Most of this traffic is a phone, often on cell service, often somewhere inconvenient — a basement, a driveway, a crawlspace hatch. A site that takes six seconds has lost to the one that took one.

This is the only item where the fix is purely technical and the payoff is immediate. Compress hard, cut what doesn't earn its weight, drop the fonts and scripts nobody needs.

2. Are these people real?

Nashville's repair market is large — a third of the housing predates 1970, per ACS 2019–2023 estimates — and a large repair market attracts operators who appear for a season and disappear. Homeowners here know that.

So: a street address that resolves, photographs of actual jobs, faces of people who work there, a license number where the trade has one. Every one of those is something a fly-by-night can't produce, which is why they work.

3. Do they do the specific thing I need?

Not "full-service home solutions." The actual job, named, with a page about it.

Somebody searching sewer line replacement wants to land on a page about sewer line replacement, not a services grid where it's the fourth dropdown item. A dropdown entry can't rank and it can't reassure.

4. Have they done it near me?

This is where Nashville differs from every suburb around it. The metro is large enough that "we serve Nashville" carries no proximity weight at all — work in Green Hills doesn't reassure somebody in Inglewood, and a job in Antioch says nothing to somebody in Germantown.

In a town of 40,000 you can claim the whole town. Here you can't, and photographs from recognizable areas do work that a coverage list doesn't.

5. Where is the phone number?

Under a thumb, on every screen, not in a header that scrolls away.

Forms are a fine addition, not a replacement. A homeowner with a failing system at 9pm wants to talk to someone, and a contact form reads as a company that would rather not be reached.

6. What does this cost, roughly?

Most contractors refuse this one and it costs them.

You don't need a fixed price — a range, a typical job size, a starting point. Something that lets a person rule themselves in or out before they call. Silence about price reads as risk, and it wastes your time on estimates that were never going to close.

The commercial reader isn't running this checklist

If part of your revenue is commercial — and in a metro with 550 acres of East Bank redevelopment underway, it may be — that reader is doing something else entirely.

They're on a desktop during working hours, evaluating a vendor. They want scope, capability, evidence you've worked at that scale, and a contact route with room to describe a project. They'll spend twenty minutes, not ninety seconds.

One page can't run both. A homepage trying to reassure a panicked homeowner and a procurement contact convinces neither. Two paths, from the navigation down, on the same site.

FAQs — Nashville

Our site is a few years old. Does it need replacing?

Only if it's slow, can't take new pages without a rebuild, or fails on a phone. Age alone isn't the problem. We'd rather name two things to fix than sell you a rebuild you don't need.

How much does publishing prices actually help?

It filters out people who were never going to buy at your level, which saves estimate time, and it reads as confidence to the ones who were. A range is enough — you don't have to quote a kitchen.

Should we show neighborhood-specific work?

In Nashville specifically, yes, and this is the one thing on this page that wouldn't be true in a smaller market. The metro is large enough that proximity has to be shown rather than claimed.

Can one site serve residential and commercial?

Yes, with genuinely separate paths — separate pages, separate language, separate contact routes. What fails is one homepage attempting both, which is structural rather than a wording problem.

How Our Pricing Works

$500 to start. No monthly fees until we hit the page-one target we agree on.

The $500 one-time setup fee covers page research, page development and the website build. Monthly billing only starts once we hit the page-one target we agree on before any work begins. If we never hit it, you never pay a monthly fee — and we keep working.
