How the pricing actually works
That covers the page research, building the pages, and building your site. It's a one-time fee and it's non-refundable.
Before we start, we agree on a specific number of your pages that need to reach page one of Google. Until that many are there, no monthly invoice goes out.
We don't stop working and we don't send you a bill. You've paid $500 and that's where it ends.
At the rate for your page count, with a six-month minimum from that first billed month. After that it's month to month.
We transfer the whole project into your own account and you keep it, whatever happens next.

If we build your website, it's yours to use from day one and we host and manage it while we work together. At twelve continuous months it becomes yours outright — we transfer the whole project into your own account and you keep it, whatever happens next.
We host it, manage it, and keep building pages on it. It's covered by your monthly fee.
You can buy your website outright at any point before twelve months for $2,000, plus $200/month for hosting and management.
It's yours. If you'd like us to keep hosting and managing it, that's $200/month. If you'd rather host it yourself, we'll hand the whole project over — we just won't be managing your pages or form submissions anymore.

If you leave before twelve months
This applies once monthly billing has started. If you've never been billed, there's nothing to cancel.
If you cancel before twelve continuous billed months, the website license ends and we take the site down. Your domain stays yours, so you can point it anywhere you like. If you'd rather keep the site, you can buy it outright for $2,000 plus $200/month for hosting and management. At twelve billed months it's yours either way, no purchase needed.

Questions about pricing
Why is 60 pages the minimum?
Because anything less does not compete. Ranking for a service in a town takes a page built for that service in that town. Below roughly 60 pages you are not covering enough service-and-city combinations to move the needle, and we would rather turn the work down than take money for a campaign that cannot win.
Why is pricing monthly instead of a one-time build fee?
The pages are built out in full at the start, but the work does not stop there. Every month we manage the site and adjust the strategy against the search data coming back in. The monthly fee covers the build and the ongoing management together. There's also a one-time $500 setup fee at the start that covers your page research, page build, and website.
Can my page count change after we start?
Yes. Businesses add services and expand into new towns. If your count grows into the next band we talk about it before anything changes on your invoice.
What happens if I need more than 300 pages?
That tier starts at $3,000 a month and is quoted on the call. Builds that large usually span multiple markets, so the scope and the number are settled together rather than pulled off a slider.
Is the number on this page a real quote?
It is an estimate. It tells you which band you land in so you know the ballpark before you talk to anyone. Final pricing is confirmed on your call once we have looked at your services, your service area, and the site you already have.
Does this work help with my AI visibility?
Yes, but you have to build relevancy into the website with high-quality content that AI can pull from. We build all our pages with AI optimization. The more pages your website has, the better chance your business has of ranking for AI search.
Do I need a new website to begin?
Not necessarily. If you have a site you love and it's set up to convert, we can absolutely build on it. We'll be straight with you though — clients where we manage the whole thing typically perform best, because we control how fast the pages ship and how they're built. If your current site is going to hold the campaign back, we'll tell you on the call and explain exactly why. It's a decision we make together, not a requirement we hand you.
What's the $500 for?

Who owns my domain?
You do, always. We never register or hold a client's domain. It stays in your name from day one.

Those are not priced by page count, so they are not on this slider. They are quoted based on scope — reach out and we will put a number to what you actually need.
